1.  SOC TSR rate from VYP to destinations in Russia for 20'/40'/40'HQ.

This rate depends on the way you are going to transfer your own containers. We have one rate for the SOC containers which finaldestination is on some TSR station and another TSR rate if you need toreturn these containers back in our port via railway, because drop-offis included in the rate. So, specify this matter for us to provide youmore certain info.

2. Port charges with a detail

 THC in Vostochny (depends on your shipping line)

Temporary declaration usd 200 per 20'/40' container;

Transportation to container yard stack usd 67.00 per container;

These rates include VAT.

Also there could be extra charges in VSC terminal connected with a cargo type and Customs additional procedures which we'll show you some later.

 3. Your handling charge

 Our handling charge is usd 70, including VAT.

4. Freetime & Storage

 Storage in Vostochny terminal VSC:

Firstly it depends on destination station and your preliminary information you should give us to provide forwarding service. Free

storage in VSC:

20 days - for the main TSR stations Novosibirsk, Ekaterinburg, 4 stations in Moscow region (Kuncevo-2, Pavaletskaya, Silikatnaya, Tuchkovo) because there are special block trains which gather the containers in Vostochny there.

• 14 days - for popular stations (include another Moscow stations);
• 10 days - the rest stations;
• 6 days - if there is no preliminary information from you for our port authorities or the info is wrong, and also usd 300 of fine because of info lack;
• storage during 6-14 days: usd 7.60/20' and usd 15.30/40' per day;
• storage during 15-30 days: usd 17.30/20' and usd 34.50/40' per day;
• more then 30 days storage: usd 38.80/20' and usd 77.50/40' per day.

The period of container storage planned for dispatch by railway is calculated starting from the date of container acceptance by VSC terminal till the date of the documents submission to VSC dispatcher office.

5. Inspection fee for cases

• Moving for Customs inspection usd 300 per container;
• Container weighting usd 27.50 per container;
• Partial Customs inspection usd 156.00/20', usd 237.00/40';
• 100% Customs inspection usd 513.00/20', usd 798.00/40'.

6. Work procedure(document) & contact points

If you mean our forwarding service for our work procedure for general cargo we need B/L, packing list, invoice, contract for shipping and forwarding with your good company. As for contact points pls specify what contacts you exactly need.

7. Service possibility by RTL 

1) Bulk(to VYP) - Wagon(from VYP to inland Russia)

Yes, we can provide such service but to provide you a rate we need to know the shipment conditions and cargo characteristics.

 2) Container(to VYP) -Wagon(from VYP to inland Russia) Just the same thing as with bulk shipment to VYP.

8. DG transportation by TSR 

As for dangerous cargo first of all we need to know dangerous cargo class, to get MSDS in both English and Russian languages, multimodal declaration (also we can make it ourselves). Plus we primarily have to get a permission from VSC that they should accept such cargo on the terminal.
