Please be informed that from April 15, 2012. due to the decreasing rates of drop-off in the containers located in the operational management of OOO "Russian Transport Lines," the organization of railroad rates Shipping containers will be reduced in the following amounts (the lines):

• Barnaul - 5000r / 20 'container, 12000r / 40' container;
• Kleschiha, Yin-East - 2000r/20 'container, 3000r / 40' container;
• Blochnaya - 3000r / 20 'container;  

This change will apply to orders (bookings), posted April 15, 2012. Orders (bookings), posted April 15, 2012., Previously agreed-through rates by rail in the Annexes to the Treaty on the feasibility study will be adjusted by the amount of change.
