Based on the received 27.02.2013g. notice from the Company "Eastern Stevedoring Company (" LLC "FAC"), we inform you about the increasing rates of the organization sending containerized cargo by rail. These changes are associated with an increase in the cost of providing the rolling stock and will be operational within 10 days from the date of receipt of notice from the Company "VSC".

When new rates of LLC "VSC" we will make a fresh account.

In connection with the above, please note that all containers are shipped to the new rates of LLC "VSC", the difference in railway rate LLC "VSC" for its size increase will be exhibited on the fact. Previously agreed-through rates in the annex to the contract for feasibility study will be adjusted by the amount of change.
