We inform you about the change from August 1 2012 rates Flat Fee (FF) for containers belonging "FESCO Integrated Transport" co.LTD (hereinafter - the Company "FIT"). Validity of Bids Flat Fee - September 30, 2012. For clarification on the rates of container supplies LLC "FIT" please contact us at the email addresses of employees of RTL.

Based on the foregoing, to announce that the previously agreed in Appendix-through rate on the organization of railway shipping containers belonging LLC "FIT" will be corrected by the amount of change.

Please note that under the new conditions of LLC "FIT", in the case of non-clients / consignees instructions of the Owner to deliver the empty containers after unloading at the destination (see the instructions specified in the overhead railway), LLC "FIT" may expose RTLu the following expenses:

• a fine of 8500-00rub. for each 20/40-fut. container;
• possible additional costs of the Owner relating to the movement of containers at the proper flow, station, terminal or other place under the instruction of the Owner.

In the case of the above costs, RTL will have their Customer perevystavlyat in fact (on a reimbursable basis) on the basis of invoices and copies of supporting documents in accordance with the contracts for feasibility studies. We ask you to take this information into account and to notify the end-recipients.
