1) From 01 December 2012. due to reduced rates of drop-off on the organization of railway Shipping containers will be reduced in the following amounts (in areas):

- St.Voynovka (Tyumen) - at 5000r / 40 'container;

- St. Privolgye (Yaroslavl) - by 12000r / 20 'container;

These changes will apply to containers in the port of Vostochny / Vladivostok from 01 December 2012. Previously agreed-through rates on the railway annexed to the Agreement on the feasibility study will be adjusted by the amount of change.
