Please be informed that from 01 June 2012. due to the decreasing rates of drop-off in the containers located in the operational management of OOO "Russian Transport Lines." Betting on the organization of railway shipping containers will be reduced in the following amounts (the lines): 

• Moscow - 4000r / 40 'container;
• St. Petersburg - 5000r / 20 'container;
• Nizhnekamsk - 15000r / 40 'container;
• Chelyabinsk - 5000r/40 'container.

These changes will apply to containers entering the ports of East / Vladivostok from June 01, 2012. Previously agreed-through rates by rail in the Annexes to the Treaty on the feasibility study will be adjusted by the amount of change.
