This is to inform that due to the change from January 1, 2012
the cost of services of "Railways" (railway fare) and JSC "TransContainer" to provide coaches,
rates for the organization to send goods in containers by rail from January 01, 2012.
will be increased by increasing the size of the cost of services Counterparty.
This increase will cover containers that are sent by rail from January 01, 2012.
Freight rates with effect from 1.1.2012, will be submitted to us by Counterparty
after January 10, 2012. Previously agreed-through rates in the Annexes to
contracts for feasibility study will be adjusted by the amount of change.
Also, please note the following information:
According to information received 26.12.2011g. information from contractors to inform you about
that due to congestion stations Artyom-Primorsky and the First Far Eastern River,
applications for transportation, adopted after the Counterparty 26.12.2011g.
may be presented for registration in January 2012.
