When importing goods put in Part I and II of Unified list of goods in a customs area of a customs union, Forwarder should provide Sanitary-quarantine post with following documents within the time limit not less then 24 hours before vessel arrival:
1) Original of a document proving product (goods) safety or its copy attested by a body which has issued this document or by recipient of the document, or extract from the Register of incorporation certificates with specified: document entry proving product (goods) safety, descriptions of goods, manufacture, consignee and a body which has issued the document.
2) Bill of Lading Copy
3) Document with noted HS code economic activity and its copy.
4) Packing list
If above-listed documents are not provided in a Sanitary-quarantine post in time or don’t correspond to imported goods noted in an original bill of lading and its copy, it will be stamped as “Import is prohibited” and as a result a cargo will be returned to the shipper for consignee/ customer’s account.
