To ensure uninterrupted operation during the New Year holidays, we attach the work schedule for the offices of Russian Transport Lines LLC:

1. Office work (East port):

Forwarders (import/export) – from 01/02/2024. daily (shift).

Port Operation:

VSK terminal is closed from 20-00. 12/31/2023 at 20-00 o'clock 01/01/2024, then as usual (except for payments and approval of dangerous goods).

LINE AGENTS – ACCORDING TO THEIR ESTABLISHED SCHEDULES.

Customs post Vostochny Sea Port:

OSTP - 24 hours a day

OKTT – from 08-00 to 20-00 daily.

2. Office work (city of Vladivostok):

Forwarders - from 01/02/2024 daily (shift).

Terminal operation:

VMKT terminal –1, January 2 – days off.

December 30, 31, January 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 - working days from 10:00 to 16:00 the terminal of VMKT LLC will operate as normal on all holidays.

Pacific Logistics Terminal – January 01, 2024 - day off, then from 01/02/2024. according to schedule (from 08-00 to 20-00 – warehouse closing, accepting applications for auto pickup).

VMTP terminal is in normal mode.

LINE AGENTS – ACCORDING TO THEIR ESTABLISHED SCHEDULES.

Customs transit department - daily, night shift.

3. Office work (Ekaterinburg):

- prompt supervision of shipments and resolution of operational issues via e-mail and cellular communications.

4. Office work (Moscow):

- solving operational issues via email and cellular communications.

5. Office work (Novosibirsk):

- solving operational issues via email and cellular communications.
